Yoga is a life skill that will empower your students to listen to their bodies and guide them through life's transitions.
The YogaKids program uses the physical exercise of yoga to increase strength, flexibility, balance and coordination of the body. Classes incorporate brain balance activities to increase brain connectivity, the effects of which stimulate learning long after the class is over. Each YogaKids class incorporates many different intelligence types to stimulate the whole child recognizing that each child is unique.
